Empower and educate promising young women to be champions on and off the court by providing the platform and tools necessary for success in school, sports and life.

OUR VISION 

Create an environment that offers a complete basketball/life experience by focusing our efforts on not just the player, but the person. Well rounded student-athletes are far happier and successful if prepared for the realities of life during and after athletics.

FIVE PILLARS

The five stars seen in our logos represent the five pillars of our program. Basketball is just a part of what we do. We use the Spring and Summer as an opportunity to find balance in our approach to teaching and develop young student-athletes by implementing our five pillars: Family, Education, Basketball, Leadership, and Fun.

EMBRACE

FAMILY

We have an involved community of teammates, parents, coaches, "big sisters", mentors, partners and contributors. Things like college prep guidance and recruiting advice are donated by mentors and "big sisters". Parents help with communication, admin, social media, transportation, curfew checks & filming games. Scholarships, reduced program fees, and additional benefits are provided by our partners and contributors. The goal is to create a network players can rely on during and after their prep basketball career.

SEEK OUT

EDUCATION

We are students first and athletes second. We provide academic resources in the form of tutoring and grade checks to make sure our student-athletes are on course to graduate with the correct core classes. We also address test prep, school choices, and college admission applications. During tournament weekends, we seek out educational opportunites such as college campus tours, museum visits, and the occasional game of trivia. 

COMPETITVE

BASKETBALL

We offer collegiate level coaching with individual and team skill development. We compete with one another at practice and against top flight competition at NCAA sanctioned events throughout the region and across the country. Our dedicated network of college coaches provides our student-athletes exposure and the ability to find the "right fit."

EMPOWER THROUGH

LEADERSHIP

We empower our student-athletes to be leaders on and off the court by involving them in team decisions and offering a variety of responsibilities. We teach our players to speak assertively and listen intently, lead fearlessly and follow passionately, and inspire others. Things like mock press conferences and practice recruiting phone calls, community basketball clinics, and situational awareness while traveling to unfamiliar places fosters the development of these skills.

Basketball is an amazing tool that we harness to see the world. We love meeting new people, developing lifelong friendships, and traveling to new places. We are grateful for the opportunity to try new food, wear nice gear, and compete at a high level.
